The Site and App allow consumers to find, order, and arrange delivery of meals, food, and other goods from local merchants ("Service").
The Site allows you to register for the Service as a Consumer, Merchant, or Driver (as defined below).
What information do we collect?
When you register for the Service you'll be asked to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name and email. You may also register using your Facebook account, in which case you will share certain personal information with us via Facebook.
Drivers will be required to provide the Company with their first name, last name, email address, phone number, information about whether they have an IOS or Android phone, whether they plan to deliver via car, truck, motorcycle, or bike, a copy of their driver’s license, and a copy of their vehicle insurance certificate. Drivers will also be required to fill out a 1099 form, which includes a Social Security number.
If you make or receive payments the Service, our billing service provider will collect information such as your full name, credit card number, and billing address. Our billing service provider is currently Stripe.com, which has its own legal terms.

Our Site and Service are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly or specifically collect information about children under the age of 13.
