This privacy policy applies to the website at (the “Site”) and the Delovery app (the "App"). (The Site and App are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the Site.) 

The Site and App allow consumers to find, order, and arrange delivery of meals, food, and other goods from local merchants ("Service"). 

The Site allows you to register for the Service as a Consumer, Merchant, or Driver (as defined below). 

We respect and protect the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information and is part of our Terms of Use when you use our Site or Service.

By using our Site or Service, you consent to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our Site or Service.

What information do we collect?

When you register for the Service you'll be asked to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name and email. You may also register using your Facebook account, in which case you will share certain personal information with us via Facebook.

Drivers will be required to provide the Company with their first name, last name, email address, phone number, information about whether they have an IOS or Android phone, whether they plan to deliver via car, truck, motorcycle, or bike, a copy of their driver’s license, and a copy of their vehicle insurance certificate.  Drivers will also be required to fill out a 1099 form, which includes a Social Security number.

We will collect and store whatever information you chose to send or receive using the Service, including User Content as defined in the Terms of Use. 

If you make or receive payments the Service, our billing service provider will collect information such as your full name, credit card number, and billing address. Our billing service provider is currently, which has its own legal terms.

We may also collect non-personal information, including information that can’t be used to personally identify you as an individual, such as:

  • anonymous usage data
  • referring/exit pages and URLs
  • platform types

We may use your public IP address to detect your location, so that we know where our potential users are coming from. Also, our Site or Service may not be available in all areas.

We urge you to take steps to keep your personal information safe by not sharing it with others via the Service.  Also we encourage you not to share your password with others.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personal information for commercial or marketing purposes. 

We will, if required by a valid court order, provide your personal information in a civil or criminal proceeding. 

Not Intended for Children

Our Site and Service are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly or specifically collect information about children under the age of 13.
